1. The reasonable price for SF. 2. The spacious room for SF (the king room). 3. The Good lobby. 4. The private garden is very convenient if you stay with a dog. 5. They do not outsource valet parking to some other company. They have their own garage (under the hotel) and own valet service. The garage is reserved for hotel guests only. In my opinion, it was very safe to leave my car there.

Great location next to BART and close proximity to restaurants. loved the happy hour between 5-6 pm and the staff was wonderful. Rooms look recently redone and lots of space. nice size bathrooms too. Would definitely stay again!!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in ! The manager upgraded my room since I had an unpleasant experience at another hotel just a day before. The room was perfect and loved that they gave me a free gym pass for all the days I stayed there. I didn't get a chance to have the complimentary tea/coffee in the morning and wine in evening , but that is one added bonus to anyone who stays there Definitely recommend this hotel !

The hotel is very centrally located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Union Square, the Embarcadero and Chinatown are all within walking distance. I love the happy hour from 5 to 6 pm in the hotel every day where guests are able to enjoy a nice glass of wine. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they gave me a room on a higher floor with nice views of the city.

Everything from the efficient and friendly staff to the cleanliness and great location, this hotel really makes you feel at home in the center of San Francisco. The room was very cozy and quiet, the bed and bedding were just right, and the price was considerably less than some of the larger hotels in the area. Plus, you can't beat the location--just steps from Union Square and walking distance to Moscone Center, SF MoMa, The Ferry Building, or even Oracle Park. We only wish our plans had allowed us to sample one of their famous martinis, but I guess we'll just have to visit again.

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very centrally located in downtown San Francisco just off Market Street. My room on the 8th floor was relatively quiet. I liked how guests were encouraged to use the bottles in the room to fill up water at the water station on the 7th floor, which was very environmentally friendly. There is access to the garden on the 3rd floor but your key is needed to get back into the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond. Each of them provided a warm welcome and were helpful and attentive to every question or request ("i'd like a sunny room"; "I left my key in my room"; etc.). The rooms were also comfy and clean and I liked the refillable water bottles.

Beautiful classic hotel. Excellent location in the heart of SF. Walking distance to so many things. Room was spacious and clean. I liked that we could connect our devices to the TV to stream shows on it.
