It is a decent and comfortable property, somewhat old fashioned, for those who like the old type hotels. The locarions is excellent for those who prefer tomstay Downtown, close to Union Square. The bed was comfortable.

Everything was great. You get what you pay for... and a little more. For example, we asked for a room with good views, and the staff assigned us one during check-in. They also kept our luggage for 3 or 4 hours at the lobby until check-in, since we arrived early. Interestingly, the hotel had a "sip hour" during our visit, where they offered wine to their guests for free. Sadly, we couldn't make it to the sip hour. In addition, they released the deposit very fast, which shows a great deal of respect for the guests in my opinion.

really enjoyed my stay in this room. The high ceilings create a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much to ask. The location is perfect, right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. A few small downsides: the view from the room wasn’t great, and the bathroom was a bit small. Also, be aware that parking next to the hotel can be quite expensive. Overall, a great place to stay, especially thanks to the excellent service and ideal location.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and bed was comfy. Bathrooms were updated and nice. Parking garage onsite for hotel guests only. Hotel common areas were very clean. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't rate that but menu looked nice. Nice hotel in a decent part of town to be able to walk around safely. That is important when staying in SF. Really in the middle of everything without feeling like we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

The entire staff was incredible and the hotel was beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy. The Galleria Hotel's location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the Ferry Building, Union Square, and Chinatown. Will definitely stay again.

the hotel is in a landmark building in the financial district of San Francisco. Walking distance to the wharf, chinatown and even little Italy - which I recommend for the food and more crowds. The valet boys are extremely nice and helpful. the staff at the reception is very professional but not as warm :) there's a secure parking across the street and a good coffee shop downstairs. super comfortable beds

I had a fantastic stay at the Galleria Park Hotel during my recent work trip. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, providing the perfect environment for both work and relaxation. The cocktail hour in the lobby was a delightful touch, offering a great opportunity to unwind and connect with other guests. The hotel is very centrally located within the downtown area of San Francisco within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and also the BART and Muni stations. I also enjoyed the 5 to 6 pm happy hour that the hotel had every evening for guests to enjoy some local wine. Staff are always very helpful and kindly gave me a quiet room that faced the central courtyard. I am always happy to come back here.

What's not to like about the Galleria Park Hotel? I mean the staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The sipping hour was a great surprise. The location was right in the middle of it all. Oh and let me shout out the valet and reception I wish I could remember their names so so kind and provided tons of restaurant/bar recommendations. Can't wait to stay here again.
